Top Roblox Brand Games Remain The Same
Since breaking out at the start of this year, SpongeBob Tower Defense has remained near the top of our brand rankings, right behind Skibidi Toilet-themed Toilet Tower Defense.
Brand game mainstays Sonic Speed Simulator, Barbie, Miraculous, Warrior Cats and Ben 10 have all been on this list consistently for well over a year. Why are these games still performing so well after coming out years ago? For most of them, it's a combination of strong gameplay, deep progression, effective monetization, and consistent LiveOps updates.
But not every brand that comes to Roblox is looking to make a hit game that sustains traffic for months on end. Lots of brand games come and go, failing to attract a large audience over a long period of time. And sometimes that's intentional. Many brands come to Roblox with a limited-time activation in mind, planning from the outset to have a game live for only 1-2 months. Maybe they're interested in simply promoting an upcoming movie release or a product launch. In those cases, it doesn't make sense to build a robust game with deeper mechanics.
Spin Master's Tech Deck Enters the Top 10

Brands are getting better at making Roblox games that are actually fun. Case in point - Skate Obby from Spin Master toy brand Tech Deck. Since coming out several weeks ago, the game has amassed impressive results:
- 22 million visits lifetime (7M visits in May)
- 90% user rating
- 2.8K avg CCUs
What's driving the game's success? It's familiar game genre, well executed. Skate Obby looks and feels a lot like the hit Roblox game Obby But You're on a Bike. Players have enjoyed this style of game, and Skate Obby delivers a fun new version of this game type.
Lesson for other brands - you don't need to reinvent the wheel. Taking something that works and making it new and different is a perfectly viable approach.
Notable Brand Games Just Outside the Top 10
How to Train Your Dragon
Monthly Visits: 6M
This game has been very successful and has accumulated over 25 million visits in June. Since the game came out several weeks ago, players have been excited for the Red Death battle, a major update where they go up against the mighty Red Death dragon from the movie. Players have shared their enthusiasm for this big update in comments on Roblox and across social media. Tens of thousands signed up to be notified of this update, including me. As a result I got a push notification on my phone when the event went live. This shows what effectively activating a fan base looks like on Roblox now.
My Hello Kitty Cafe
Monthly Visits: 4.7M
For over a year, this Sanrio game has been attracting under 10M monthly visits. Over a year ago, the game regularly had over 10-15M visits. This shows how trends and player tastes can change over time. My sense is that there's just less interest in this style of play on the platform. What once was new and fresh has become relatively stale.
Beyblade Battle
Monthly Visits: 4.1M
Takara Tomy's Beyblade is no stranger to the Roblox platform. They have Beyblade City, which has put up decent numbers with nearly 19M lifetime visits. But this new Beyblade Battle game is performing really well, attracting nearly 12M visits in just a couple of months. This new game lets players compete against each other with various Beyblades, which players are enjoying in a bigger way.

With breakout hits like Beyblade Battle and Tech Deck’s Skate Obby, we’re seeing toy companies go beyond simple brand presence—investing in high-quality gameplay to capture sustained attention from young players and build long-term relationships with future customers.
